As part of my training regimen you will learn how to change your eating habits to obtain a healthier lifestyle. I monitor each client's eating habits with their food journal. I provide you with a menu that has healthy nutritious options for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This menu is not a diet, I don't believe in diets; diets always have the same results. You deprive yourself of good food and lose a few pounds, only to gain the weight back after a short time. The secret to eating healthy is a learned process, which goes hand-in-hand with your exercise routine. Once you learn to eat healthy you should continue to eat healthy for the rest of your life.
I am living proof that you can still eat wings and pizza, but of course not on a regular basis. Once you get to the point to where you are maintaining your weight you can splurge occasionally without feeling guilty. When you are in the world of fitness, you'll burn the excess calories.
